Terms of service
Plain terms for a repair business. Nothing here takes away a right you have under Indian consumer law — where the two disagree, the law wins.
The visit and the estimate
The visit and diagnosis fee is ₹299. It is waived if you go ahead with the repair, and waived entirely if we conclude the machine is not worth repairing.
No work starts until you have seen and approved an itemised estimate. Once approved, that figure does not change. If the technician discovers a second fault mid-job, work stops and you get a second estimate to approve or decline.
Parts and warranty
Every part we fit carries a 90-day warranty from the date of the invoice. Labour is covered for 30 days. If the same fault on the same part returns inside that window, the return visit, the replacement part and the labour are free.
The warranty does not cover a new and unrelated fault, physical damage, water ingress from outside the machine, power surges, rodent damage, or work done on the machine by somebody else after our visit.
Where a genuine manufacturer part is discontinued or priced unreasonably we may offer a tested compatible part. It will be identified as such on the estimate, at a lower price, and it carries the same 90-day warranty.
What we will not do
We will not repair a machine we judge unsafe to return to service — for example one with a compromised earth or a burnt mains harness. We will tell you why, and charge you nothing.
We will not quote a price we cannot honour in order to win the job, and we will not fit a compatible part and invoice it as genuine.
Cancellation and access
Cancel or reschedule any time before the technician leaves for you, at no charge. If the technician arrives and nobody is there, or the machine is inaccessible, we may charge the ₹299 visit fee.
Somebody over 18 needs to be present for the visit. We need working power and a water supply to test the machine — without them we can diagnose but not sign off the repair.
Liability
We carry insurance and we accept responsibility for damage our technician causes. Tell us within seven days and we will put it right.
We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed appointment, a spoiled load of laundry, or hired equipment while a machine is down.
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or an agent of any manufacturer named on this site. Brand names appear only to describe the machines we repair.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
