What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect the name, phone number, machine type and area you type into it. When you call or message us we keep a note of your phone number, your address and what the appliance is doing, because we need all of it to send a technician to the right place.

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, your date of birth, or any government identification number.

Why we collect it

To call you back, to schedule a visit, to quote for the work, to order the correct spare part, and to honour the warranty afterwards. We also keep a service history so that a technician arriving for a second visit already knows what was done the first time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted after twelve months. Completed job records are kept for three years, which covers the longest warranty we offer plus a margin, and then deleted.

Who else sees it

The technician assigned to your job, and nobody else outside the company. The enquiry form is delivered by email through a third-party form service, and our email is hosted by a third-party provider — both see the message in transit as any postal service sees an envelope. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Nothing on the site follows you to other websites.

Your choices

Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so within thirty days unless a live warranty obliges us to keep the job record. Email the address below.
