Front loaders are the fussiest machines we see and the most worth repairing. The seal, the bearing, the pump and the board account for roughly four out of five front-load calls, and all four are stock items in the van. A sealed-tub bearing job is the one repair that sometimes needs a bench — if yours is one of those we tell you before we start, and pickup and return are inside the quoted price.

Top loaders are simpler than front loaders and cheaper to keep alive. Most top-load calls in Bengaluru come down to water: hard-water scale in the inlet valve, or a drain valve that has stopped closing. Both are same-visit fixes. We also descale the inlet path as part of a service rather than charging it as a separate job.

- Drain valve stuck open or shut — water not leaving, or never filling
- Inlet valve clogged by hard water — very common in Bengaluru

Semi-automatics are the cheapest machines to repair and the ones most often written off too early. A capacitor is a few hundred rupees and takes fifteen minutes. If a machine genuinely is not worth fixing we will say so and charge you nothing for the visit — we would rather tell you straight than sell you a repair that will not last.

A washer-dryer is a front loader with a second machine bolted into the same cabinet, so it has every front-load fault plus a drying circuit of its own. The good news is that most “it will not dry” calls are a blocked condenser or a tripped thermostat, not a dead heater. We check that first because it is the cheap answer, not the expensive one.

The machine runs a full cycle with you there. Water in, water out, spin, no noise. If it is not right, we have not finished.

Ninety days on the part and the labour, in writing. Invoice by WhatsApp or email the same day. If the same fault comes back, so do we, free.
Genuine spares, or we tell you it is a compatible
See the price listWe fit manufacturer parts wherever they exist and are sensibly priced. Where they do not — discontinued boards, obsolete timers — we offer a good compatible and say so plainly on the estimate, at a lower price. What we never do is fit a compatible and bill you for a genuine.
Everything in the van is covered for 90 days. If a part we fitted fails inside that window, the return visit, the replacement and the labour are all free.
