What we do with your details
The short version: we use your phone number and address to send a technician to your house, and we do not sell either of them to anyone. The long version is below.
What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, area, machine type and a description of the fault. That is all the form asks for and all we store.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp we keep the conversation and the number, because that is how we find your job again when you call back.
The site itself sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we ever add analytics we will name the provider here first.
What we use it for
Dispatching a technician, calling you if we cannot find the address, issuing your invoice, and honouring the 90-day warranty — which means we have to be able to look up what we fitted and when.
We may send you a single message after the repair asking whether the machine is still working. You can tell us to stop and we will.
Who else sees it
The technician assigned to your job, and the person who dispatched them. Nobody else inside the business, and nobody outside it.
We do not sell, rent or share customer numbers with other repair businesses, lead brokers, insurers or manufacturers. If a manufacturer asks us for warranty paperwork we send the machine details, not yours, unless you tell us to.
The booking form is delivered by a third-party form service, which necessarily handles the message in transit. Nothing is stored there beyond delivery.
How long we keep it
Job records for six years, because tax law requires it for the invoices.
Enquiries that never turned into a job: twelve months, then deleted.
WhatsApp threads: as long as the thread exists on the phone.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are legally required to keep the invoice.
Write to service@spinwell.in or call 98765 43210. We answer these ourselves; there is no form to fill in.
Book a technician in about a minute.
Tell us the machine and what it is doing. We come to you, diagnose it in front of you, and quote from the published list before touching a spanner.
