Every figure below is what a technician is allowed to charge for that job, parts and labour together. They see the same list you do. Nothing is revealed at the door and nothing moves after you have approved it.
Parts and labour, front load and top load
Ranges exist because a Bosch pump and a Godrej pump are not the same money. The technician confirms which one your machine takes, in front of you, before anything is opened up.

- The ₹299 visit fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
- Ranges cover part cost. The technician confirms the exact figure before starting.
- Every part we fit carries a 90-day warranty. Labour is covered for 30 days.
- Prices include GST. Cash, UPI and card all accepted at the door.
What decides where in the range you land
Four things, all of which the technician can tell you in the first ten minutes. None of them is a surprise at the end.
The brand of the part
A genuine IFB or Bosch pump costs roughly double a Godrej or Onida one. Same job, same labour, different part price. We quote the actual part.
Genuine or good compatible
Where a manufacturer part is discontinued or absurdly priced we offer a tested compatible at a lower figure, and mark it as such on the estimate.
How much has to come apart
A drain pump on most top loaders is twenty minutes. On some sealed-tub front loaders the same part means dropping the tub. The list reflects that.
Whether one fault caused another
A leaking seal that has been running into the board is two jobs, not one. We show you both, price both, and you decide whether to do both now.
Things we do not charge for

- The whole visit, if we decide the machine is not worth repairing.
- A second visit inside 90 days for the same fault on the same part.
- Descaling the inlet path as part of any other job on the machine.
- Telling you honestly that what you have is a five-minute fix you can do yourself. It happens more often than you would think.
We take cash, UPI, credit and debit cards, all at the door and all after the machine has been tested. Nothing up front, ever. A GST invoice reaches you by WhatsApp or email the same day.
