If the machine is not worth repairing we say so, and you pay only the visit charge.
The warranty — 90 days labour, up to 12 months on parts — is printed on the invoice, not promised verbally.

Questions about pricing

Is the visit charge really waived?

Yes. The ₹349 covers the technician's time if you decide not to go ahead. The moment you approve the repair it comes off the bill.

Why are the prices given as a range?

Because the part cost differs between brands and models. A drain pump for a basic top-load machine and one for an imported front-load machine are not the same part. The range is honest; a single figure would not be.

Could the final bill be higher than the range?

Only if you approve it first. If the diagnosis turns up something outside the range — a second failed part, or a premium model with an expensive board — we quote it and wait for your decision.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, UPI, and credit or debit cards. You get a printed or emailed invoice with the warranty on it either way.
