A doorstep washing machine repair company in Bengaluru, built around one idea: diagnose properly, quote honestly, and finish on the first visit.

Why we started

Fixmate began with two technicians, one scooter and a complaint we kept hearing: somebody had already been out, taken money, changed a part that was not faulty, and left the machine doing exactly the same thing.

So we built the company around the diagnosis rather than the sale. Every technician carries a test meter as well as a tool kit. Nobody is paid a commission on parts. If the honest answer is that a fourteen-year-old machine is not worth another repair, that is the answer you get, and you pay the visit charge and nothing else.

Today the team covers 21 areas of Bengaluru, on front load, top load, semi-automatic and washer-dryer machines from every brand sold in India. The scooter count is higher. The rule has not changed.

What we hold ourselves to

Express Service

Book before 4 pm and a technician is usually at your door the same day. Evening and Saturday slots cost no extra.

Qualified Experts

Every technician is factory-trained on front load, top load and semi-automatic machines, and carries photo identification.

Genuine Spare Parts

Pumps, belts, bearings and boards are sourced through authorised channels and come with the manufacturer’s own part number.

Transparent Pricing

You are told the full cost after the diagnosis and before any work starts. Nothing is added to the bill afterwards.

Service Warranty

90 days on labour and up to 12 months on the parts we fit, written on the invoice rather than promised verbally.

The warranty, in plain words

90 days on our labour. If the fault we repaired comes back within 90 days, the return visit and the labour are free.

Up to 12 months on parts we supply. Boards, pumps, motors and bearings carry a twelve-month replacement warranty. Belts, hoses and seals, which wear rather than fail, carry six months.

What it does not cover. A different fault on the same appliance, physical damage after our visit, parts you supplied yourself, or damage from power surges and water ingress. All of it is printed on your invoice so there is nothing to argue about later.
