Before you book
How soon can a technician reach me?
In most of Bangalore we can be there the same day if you book before 4pm. Our average is under four hours. For Electronic City, Kengeri and Yelahanka it is occasionally next morning, and we tell you that when you book rather than after.
Do I pay if I decide not to get it repaired?
You pay the ₹299 visit and diagnosis fee, and nothing else. That fee is waived entirely if you go ahead with the repair. You are never charged for work you did not approve.
What warranty do I get?
Ninety days on any part we fit and thirty days on the labour, given to you in writing on the invoice. If the same fault returns inside that window we come back and there is no charge — no visit fee either.
Do you carry spare parts with you?
Yes, and this is why we ask what the machine is doing when you book. Our technicians stock the parts that your described symptom most often needs — pumps, belts, door locks, inlet valves, brushes. That is how 94% of jobs finish on the first visit. Control boards and drum assemblies are ordered, usually arriving within 48 hours.
Which brands do you repair?
LG, Samsung, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, Siemens, Panasonic, Godrej, Haier, Voltas Beko, Onida, Electrolux, Hitachi and Midea, in front load, top load and semi-automatic. If your brand is not listed, call us — we almost certainly still work on it.
Will you take my machine away?
Almost never. Around 96% of repairs are completed in your home. The exceptions are drum and bearing jobs on some sealed-tub front loaders, which need a bench. If that is your situation we tell you before we start, and pickup and return are included in the quoted price.
How do I pay?
Cash, UPI, credit or debit card, all at your door after the machine has been tested. You get a GST invoice by WhatsApp or email the same day. We do not ask for anything up front.
